Although Efudex proved to be efficacious over three months’ use on plantar_warts/feet.placeofinterest, condition remains unresolved. Experimental therapies (e.g., laser) to be undergone in the fall. Until then: supplement night time applications of Efudex under occlusion with day time use of Tazerac® (tazerotene gel). We understand that Tazerac® is similar to Accutane® (isotretinoin), but we have been assured that we will almost certainly not experience severe depression or thoughts of suicide as side effects of its use. Dermata fibroma \ ankle.placeofinterest still crusts over but does not completely heal. Cortisone injections may be having some effect. There is no keratosis \ nose.placeofinterest. Eye exam is still pending as is a change in insurance carriers. All eye and dental care on the present plan must be completed in the next 30 days. Eighteen cigarettes / day.
